How do I get a free quote?
For a free quotation please speak with our friendly office staff who will take some details and arrange a time with you. You can call on 01622 208426 email to hello@qualitree-services.co.uk or use the contact form on this page.
What happens during the quote?
You can discuss your needs with a qualified Arborist who will be happy to advise on the best course of action for your tree(s) and shrubs. Factors such as species, time of year, access, machinery and best technique for the job will all be taken into account.
What happens after the quote?
Let us know when you’d like to proceed and we’ll arrange a date with you. Unless otherwise specified the team aim to be on site by around 8 to 8.30am. You will need to ensure that the area under the tree(s) is clear and there is space to park/access for the machinery.
Do I need to be present for the work?
If your requirements are listed in your quotation and there is access to the tree(s) then you don’t need to be present. It is useful if you give a contact number.
How do I pay?
You can pay on the day by cash or cheque or wait to receive your invoice and pay by bank transfer (preferable). There is also an option to pay by credit card (2.5% charge applies) to give more flexibility to our customers’.
Why do you check with the Council?
We check Local Authority records for any restrictions to tree work at your property. If we find any we’ll complete the forms and manage the application process on your behalf; free or charge.
